文化规制为何会失灵?

摘要 文化规制之所以会失灵,主要有三方面的原因:从规制者的角度来看,规制者与生俱来的自利之心会影响文化规制的实际效果;从被规制者的角度来看,被规制者既拥有自觉能动性,又具有难以自控性;从规制客体的角度来看,作为文化传播基本单位的模因具有极强的播化能力与濡化能力,面对生命力极旺和传播力极强的模因,文化规制在技术上是防不胜防和难以奏效的。
