农村金融支持对农民专业合作社培育的影响

Influence of Rural Finance on the Cultivation of Farmer Professional Cooperatives

从农村金融视角构建一个农村金融支持影响农民专业合作社培育的理论模型,并采用多元Logit方法对其支持效果进行实证检验。结果表明:政府提供的通用性金融支持和金融机构提供的专用性金融支持对农民专业合作社的培育都具有正向影响,其中,金融机构提供的专用性金融支持效果更显著;社员自有资金对农民专业合作社的培育也表现出显著正向影响;文化程度、健康状况、种地年限、交通条件、农技指导、盈余分配制度和自由退出制度等控制变量也是农民专业合作社培育的重要因素。这为农村金融支持方向提供了实证证据。应进一步加大对农民专业合作社的补贴力度,降低金融机构的贷款门槛,开拓多种融资渠道,提高社员收入水平,把握好金融投资方向,完善合作社融资制度设计和运行,以此促进农民专业合作社的培育与健康发展。

This paper constructs a theory model and uses multiple logit method to examine the influence of rural finance on the farmer professional cooperatives cultivation. The results show that rural financial sup- port which comes from government, financial institutions and members of their own has a significant posi- tive effect on the farmer professional cooperative cultivation, and the effect of the financial institutions finan- cial support is more significant. The control variables of education, health, farming life, traffic conditions and agricultural technical guidance also has an important influence on farmer professional cooperatives culti- vation, and it provides an empirical evidence for the rural financial support. In order to promote the devel- opment of the farmer specialized cooperatives, the government should lower the financial institutions lending door, expand the financing channels, raise the income level of the members, and grasp the direction of the financial investment.
