人力资本异质性与企业创新绩效——调节效应与中介效应分析 被引量:22

Human Capital Heterogeneity and Corporate Innovation Performance:Analysis of Moderating Effects and Mediating Effects

摘要 以动态资源理论为出发点,对人力资本异质性与企业创新绩效之间的关联性以及其中的作用机理进行分析和阐释。通过调研获取数据,采用回归分析方法进行实证研究,结果表明:人力资本异质性通过知识创造的中介作用对企业创新绩效产生显著的正向影响,而在这一过程中,企业的知识转换能力起到显著的正向调节作用;同时,企业历史和企业规模也是影响企业创新绩效的重要因素。 Starting from the dynamic resource theory, this paper explores the relevance of the mecha- nism in which human capital heterogeneity and enterprise innovation performance. On the basis of the ques- tionnaire design and survey, regression analysis is used as the empirical research method. The results show that heterogeneity in human capital generates significant positive impact through the intermediary role of knowledge creation on innovative performance, the capability of knowledge creation plays a significant posi- tive moderating role in this process, and corporate history and fLrm size are also important influencing factors.
