儿童学习结果取向影响下的美国教师教育课程实施——来自美国教师培养机构的经验与启示

A Study on Children-learning-outcomes-oriented Implementation of American Teacher Education Programs: Experiences and Lessons Learned from American Teacher Training Institutions

摘要 儿童学习结果取向认为,教师教育课程以提升K-12年级儿童的学习结果为旨趣,使职前教师能促进儿童在认知与非认知领域的进步。儿童学习结果取向影响下的教师教育课程实施高度突显儿童的作用,强调职前教师和儿童之间的互动交流,采用观察与倾听儿童言行、开展儿童案例研究、制作收集了儿童作品在内的教学档案袋、设计课程或教学单元等方法,以为职前教师成为儿童学习结果的提升者奠定基础。 In the views of children-learning-outcomes orientation( CLOO),teacher education programs aim to promote children's learning outcomes and prepare prospective teachers to be those who can improve children 's performance in both cognitive and non-cognitive areas. The main characteristics of the implementation of CLOO-led teacher education program lie in the emphasis placed on children and the interplay between children and future teachers. Specific teaching methods include: observation and recording of children 's in-class and off-class performance,children-related case studies,teaching portfolios with children 's work,and designing of teaching units. These methods are helpful in preparing prospective teachers to be a promoter of children's learning outcomes.
