骨肉瘤的临床与影像学诊断(附36例分析)

Clinical and Imaging Diagnosis of Osteosarcoma

目的 总结骨肉瘤的影像学特征 ,探讨骨肉瘤的影像学诊断与鉴别诊断。方法 收集 1991年至 2 0 0 1年经手术与病理证实的 3 6例骨肉瘤 ,回顾性地分析了其X线和CT图像。结果 3 6例骨肉瘤的特点为 :广泛性骨质破坏和 /或增生、骨膜反应、肿瘤骨和软组织肿块。术前影像学诊断准确率为 10 0 %。结论 传统X线 ,尤其CR数字成像对骨肉瘤的综合诊断最佳 ,CT扫描在判定肿瘤的范围方面占有一定优势 ,若两者有机结合应用 。

Objective To summarize the imaging signs and characteristics of osteosarcoma and to investigate the imaging and differential diagnosis of osteosarcoma. Methods In this study,36 cases of pathologically proved osteosarcoma were collected,which were encountered from 1991 to 2001, and were retrospectively analyzed with X ray plain films and CT imagings. Results The characters of 36 cases of osteosarcoma were extensive bone destruction or/and proliferation,periosteal reaction,tumor bone formation and soft tissue mass.The diagnostic accurary before operation was 100%. Conclusion Traditional X ray,especially CR digital radiography is the best choice in the synthetial diagnosis of osteosarcoma.CT scans were advantageous in showing the tumor border and neighborhood.
