团队异质性视角下的高管流动与跨企业战略学习的关系研究 被引量:1

摘要 高管所拥有的知识资源属于企业的核心资源,对企业的战略选择具有重要影响。基于知识转移的视角,文章采用沪、深两市2000~2012制造业上市企业的配对数据,检验了高管的跨边界流动对企业间战略学习的影响,以及目标企业高管团队异质性在其中的调节作用。结果表明:高管的跨企业流动显著地促进了企业间的战略学习,高管团队异质性对高管经验与企业间的战略学习的关系具有明显的调节作用。 Executive's knowledge resources are the core resources of enterprise,which are important to enterprise's strategy choice. Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer,this paper,using paired samples data from 2000 to 2012 which collects form listed companies of manufacture industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Market,tests the effects of executive's flow across enterprise border on strategy learning between enterprises,as well as the moderating effect of the heterogeneity of focal enterprise's top management team. The result shows that executive flow across enterprise border facilitates significantly strategy learning,and top management team's heterogeneity obviously moderates the relation between executive experience and strategy learning.
