吲哚氰绿介导的近红外光检测技术在肝癌手术中的应用 被引量:16

The clinical application of near-infrared light imaging mediated by indocyanine green in liver cancer surgery

摘要 近年来,新兴的光学影像技术已经在疾病诊断、手术导航方面开始展现其独特的价值.吲哚氰绿(ICG)是目前唯一可以临床应用且对肝癌组织具有天然被动靶向性的近红外光学影像分子.本文从ICG被动靶向肝癌病灶的原理、ICG近红外荧光影像在肝癌手术中应用的临床研究及其在肝癌手术中的局限性方面进行综述,分析该技术在肝癌手术导航中所展现的优势、存在的不足以及可能的改进方向. In recent years,the emerging optical imaging technologies have shown their unique value in diagnosis of disease and surgical navigation.This article focus on describing the optical imaging technology mediated by the only one near-infrared light imaging molecule--indocyanine green which has already been approved by FDA to use in clinical and inmates a characteristics of passive targeting liver cancer tissue.This article reviews the application of the technology in liver cancer surgery and demonstrates the value,deficiency and possible improvements of this technology.
