避免抗抑郁药治疗过程中诱发癫痫

摘要 所有的抗抑郁药,包括三环类抗抑郁药（TCAs）和新型抗抑郁药,都有潜在的致（癫）痫风险,剂量越大,风险越大.尽管目前对高剂量的抗抑郁药是如何产生致癫痫作用的机制尚不清楚,但是如何在治疗抑郁障碍的同时,避免服用抗抑郁药过程中诱发癫痫的发作是重要的临床问题.本文对该问题进行阐述,以期有助于对临床实践.
