调节性T细胞在过敏性疾病发病机制中的作用 被引量:8

摘要 迄今发现至少有6种调节性T细胞(Treg)。过敏性疾病发生的最重要环节之一是Treg功能缺失或受到抑制而导致机体对过敏原的免疫耐受力降低,从而促使幼稚型CD4+T细胞向Th2类细胞分化,引起过敏。因此,旨在抑制Th2细胞因子产生、促进耐受机制产生、促进Treg和抑制性细胞因子产生的抗原特异性免疫治疗,已成为过敏性疾病最具有竞争力的治疗措施之一。本文综述了Treg的分类及其在过敏性疾病发病机制中的作用。
