复方倍他米松皮内注射联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效评价

Assessment of compound betamethasone intracutaneous injection combined with He-Ne lasers in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的:评价复方倍他米松痛点皮内注射联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:130例带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者随机分为2组,治疗组66例采用氦氖激光照射疼痛区域,同时痛点皮内注射复方倍他米松治疗。对照组64例仅给予痛点皮内注射复方倍他米松治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率84.8%,对照组总有效率62.5%,两组疗效比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方倍他米松联合氦氖激光治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛安全有效。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of compound betamethasone intracutaneous injection combined with He-Ne lasers in the treatment of postherpetie neuralgia. Methods： One hundred and thirty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （66 patients） and the control group （64 patients）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with betamethasone intracntaneous injection combined with He-Ne lasers and those in the control group were treated with betamethasone intracutaneous injection only. Results： The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 84.8% and 62.5%, with a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Compound betamethasone intracutaneous injection combined with He-Ne lasers is safe and effective in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.
