摘要
目的探讨DORADO1和DORADO4两种激光定位系统确定放射治疗患者治疗等中心的方法。方法应用激光定位系统坐标系和治疗坐标系的转换公式,基于VB软件设计TIC-CT1和TIC-CT4程序,实现最终位置的自动计算,从而确定放射治疗患者的治疗等中心。结果设计的2套程序均能实现安全登陆、坐标值自动转换、查错和生成报告等功能。方便放射治疗工作人员快速精确地确定患者治疗等中心,并保存相关的患者治疗信息。结论该程序具有良好的临床应用价值,可节约工作人员的计算时间,提高工作效率。
Objective To study the method of determining the radiotheraypy isocenter for patients with laser positioning system of DORADO1 and DORADO4. Methods Programs of TIC-CT1 and TIC-CT4 were designed by Visual Basic(VB) programming for DORADO1 and DORADO4 respectively. With transformation formulas of laser positioning system coordinates and treatment coordinates, the designed programs calculated the final position of laser and couch automatically, and the treatment isocenter was determined. Results The two programs worked well with functions of safe login, coordinates conversion, error correction, report printing, and determined patient treatment centers quickly and accurately, also saved related treatment information about patients. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the programs have good clinical practicability combining the advantages of saving time and improving work efficiency for staff.
