玻璃体腔内注射Bevacizumab对视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的疗效评价 被引量:8

摘要 视网膜静脉阻塞是目前一种常见的视网膜血管疾病,其继发的黄斑水肿是导致视力下降的最主要的原因。血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的发病中起重要作用。目前临床上以玻璃体腔内注射抗VEGF抗体Bevacizumab来治疗多种眼部新生血管性及渗出性疾病,但其对视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿治疗的长期效果及安全性尚有待多中心研究进一步证实。作者就这方面的研究进展作一综述。
