姜黄素对阿尔茨海默病作用机制的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 随着人口老龄化,阿尔兹海默症作为一种常见的与年龄相关的神经系统退行性病变,正威胁着越老越多老年人的健康,目前尚无特效的治疗药物。植物多酚姜黄素,具有抗β淀粉样蛋白形成和聚集、抗炎、抗氧化、抗金属螯合、免疫调节以及促进损伤神经修复等功能,对阿尔兹海默症有一定预防和治疗作用。作者就姜黄素对阿尔兹海默症作用机制的研究进展作一综述。
