摘要
随着嗜碱性粒细胞条件缺失技术的发展和高纯度细胞分选技术的应用,发现它是Th2细胞分化过程中主要细胞因子IL-4的早期产生细胞,可调节Th2型免疫应答,进而参与Th2免疫相关疾病,如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿性关节炎等。此外,还发现嗜碱性粒细胞可表达MHC-Ⅱ类分子和共刺激分子,并可迁移至引流淋巴结,摄取抗原并提呈给初始T淋巴细胞,参与抗原递呈。本文对嗜碱性粒细胞在Th2型免疫反应及相关疾病中的研究进展作一综述。
With the development of conditionally depleting basophils technology and the application of high purity cell separation technology,it is reported that basophils are the mian cytokine IL-4 producing cells at the beginning of Th2 cells differentiation. Basophils are considered regulating Th2 immune response,and then participate in Th2 immune related diseases,such as systemic lupus erythematosus,rheumatoid arthritis,etc. In addition,it also found that basophils can express MHC class Ⅱ molecules and costimulatory molecules,and can migrate to drainage lymph nodes,process and present antigen to naive T cell. Now,the consensus and the developments about roles of basophils in Th2-type immune response and related diseases will be discussed.
