复方口服避孕药临床认知问题解读 被引量：1

摘要 复方口服避孕药（combined oral contraceptives,COC）是含有雌激素和孕激素,用来控制生育的复合甾体激素制剂.第1个COC制剂在1960年研制成功并批准上市,经过50多年的发展,COC已经成为全球常用的避孕方法之一,正确使用时妊娠率仅为0.3/百妇女年.但在我国,许多临床医务人员在应用COC时常常存有一些困惑,尤其是在长期使用、对生育功能和子代的安全性影响,以及妇科恶性肿瘤风险等方面,从而导致推荐选用COC避孕的概率较低.本文就COC的几个集中、常见临床认知问题进行阐释.
