摘要
人脐带间充质干细胞是来源于间充质的多潜能干细胞,易分离,无特异分子标记,在体内、外可诱导分化为心肌样细胞。诱导后,人脐带间充质干细胞内ERK的磷酸化和MEF-2蛋白的表达水平明显升高,进而引发STAT3磷酸化的增加以及MEF-2C和MyoD基因表达的上调,从而激活肌源性以及心肌特异基因的转录,促使人脐带间充质干细胞向心肌方向分化。但其分化机制还有待深人研究。
Human umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells(hUCMSC) are multipotential stem cells derived from mesenchymal, easy to separate, no specific molecular markers, could be induced to differentiate into cardiomyocyte-like cells in vivo and in vitro. After induction, the ERK phosphorylation and expression of MEF-2 protein in hUCMSC are significantly upregulated, causing STAT3 phosphorylation and increased expression of MEF-2C and MyoD genes, which activates the transcription of myogenic cardiac-specificthe genes to promote the differentiation of hUCMSC into cardiomyocyte. But the differentiation mechanism still needs to be studied.
