艾地苯醌对脑梗死恢复期患者疗效观察

Effect of idebenone on the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction

目的探讨艾地苯醌对脑梗死恢复期患者的疗效。方法 67例脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为研究组33例和对照组34例,均给予脑血管病二级预防治疗和常规康复治疗。研究组患者每日加服艾地苯醌90 mg(分3次)。分别在治疗前及治疗后4周、8周、12周对两组患者进行简化Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表、改良Barthel指数量表及Mo CA评定,同时进行药物安全性监测。结果共有65例患者完成试验,两组患者各项量表评分治疗后均较治疗前有明显改善(P<0.05);治疗8周后研究组患者日常生活能力及认知功能评分较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),治疗12周后研究组患者3项量表评分较治疗组均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论艾地苯醌对改善脑梗死恢复期患者总的功能障碍具有较好疗效且安全性较高。

Objective To observe the effect of idebenone on the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction. Methods Sixty- seven convalescent patients with cerebral infarction were randomized to the group of study（ n = 33） or contrast（ n = 34）. Both groups received the treatment of the secondary prevention for cerebrovascular disease and the routine rehabilitation,while the study group received idebenone 90 mg per day（ 3 times a day）. Before and 4,8,and 12 weeks after the treatment effect was evaluated by using the simplified Fugl- meyer assessment,modified Barthel Index and Mo CA. The safety of idebenone was also monitored by recording the adverse events and laboratory abnormalities. Results Sixty- five patients completed the study. After treatment there was significant difference in all scales compared with before treatment in both groups（ P 0. 05）. The significant improvements were recorded in the study group after taking idebenone for 8 weeks compared with the contrast group for the modified Barthel Index and Mo CA（ P 0. 05）,which for all scales in the study group after taking the medicine for 12 weeks（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion Idebenone can effectively improve the whole function of the convalescent patients with cerebral infarction and has higher safety.
