预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果观察

Study on the clinical effect of application of prefibroblasts pile or plastic fiber in prosthodontics

目的观察分析预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中的临床效果。方法选取2012年1月1日至2013年1月1日期间60例口腔修复患者的临床资料,根据治疗方式分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。对照组患者被给予金属桩口腔修复,试验组患者被给予预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩口腔修复,观察、比较两组患者修复结果。结果试验组的每棵纤维桩所需时间(66.21±11.74)min低于对照组(109.23±13.45)min;试验组的修复成功率(100.00%)高于对照组(60.00%);试验组的患者满意度(93.33%)高于对照组(50.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预成纤维桩或可塑纤维桩在口腔修复中效果较好,缩短修复时间,成功率高,相关指数良好,患者满意度高,口腔修复的临床应用中可考虑推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of application of prefibroblasts pile fiber post or plastic fiber post in prosthodontics. Methods A total of 60 patients with prosthodontics during January 1,2012 to 2013 were chosen for this study and they were divided into control group and experimental group. Patients in control group were treated with metal post prosthodontics,while patients in experimental group were treated with prefabricated fiber post or plastic fiber post prosthodontics. Results Meike fiber post time（ 66. 21 ± 11. 74） min was shorter than that of control group（ 109. 23 ± 13. 45） min,the success rate of repair in experimental group（ 100. 00%） was higher than that of control group（ 60. 00%）,and the satisfaction of experimental group（ 93. 33%） was better than that of control group（ 50. 00%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of application of prefiberoblast pile or plastic fiber post in prosthodontics is obvious,hence it is worthy to be clinically applied.
