摘要
利用Gleeble-3500型热模拟机,对单轴应力载荷作用下30Cr2Ni4MoV钢马氏体相变过程中的塑性行为进行了实验分析。采用不同的应力加载方案,测试试样在不同载荷作用下的总应变,并对试样的弹性应变、组织应变及热应变进行分离,最终得到相变塑性应变。采用Greenwood-Johnson相变塑性模型得到试验钢种的相变塑性参数K。研究结果表明:马氏体相变塑性应变是30Cr2Ni4MoV钢在热处理过程中发生变形的重要原因,相变塑性应变与参数K随外加载荷的增大而增加。
The plastic behaviour during the martensitic transformation in 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel under uniaxial loads is tested and analysed with Gleeble-3500 type thermal simulating machine. Various stresses are applied on the specimen to test the total strain under different loads. The elastic strain, structural strain and thermal strain are separated out to obtain the transformation plastic strain. Greenwood-Johnson model provides the transformation plasticity parameter K of the tested steel grade. The test result shows the primary contributor to the deformation of 30Cr2Ni4MoV steel during heat treatment is martensitic transformation plastic strain and the transformation plastic strain and the parameter K increase with the increase of applied loads.
