摘要
根据土压平衡盾构机的工作地质环境,分析计算盾壳结构在实际工作中所承受荷载类型及大小,结合盾壳的设计原则,确定盾壳结构应力分析需设置的边界条件;对方案结构进行合理简化处理,采用Ansys有限单元法对盾壳进行应力分析,计算分析过程采用8节点壳单元用以提高分析精度和计算效率,根据相应工况下计算结果给出盾壳结构补强及缓解消除应力集中的解决措施,为土压平衡盾构机盾壳设计及分析提供技术参考。
Load types and wdues are analysed and calculated based on tile working geological condition of the designed Earth Plvssure Balance shield (EPB shield) . The boundary condition is determined for the stress analysis of the shell stnlcture in aecordance with the design principle. The structure is simplified in feasible range. Finite element analysis for the stress in the shell is performed with Anysis soflware and adopts 8-node shell units to improve the accuracy and efficiency. How to reinforce the structure of the sell and how to eliminate the stress concentration on the shell are proposed according the calculation resuhs under different service condition. This provides technical reference for the design and analysis of EPB shield shells.
