摘要
针对传统装配工艺设计方法带来的生产问题,提出在复杂航天器的设计阶段采用基于DELMIA的数字装配仿真方法。以某复杂航天器为实例,详细说明了数字装配仿真技术的应用流程。研究结果表明,在复杂航天器中应用数字装配技术,可显著提升装配质量与效率。
Digital assembly simulation technology is proposed for complicated vehicle to solve the problems of traditional assembly process method. Then application of digital assembly simulation technology was illuminated briefly by taking an example of the complicated vehicle. This research shows that the digital assembly simulation technology can promote producing quality and efficiency remarkably.
