摘要
以三聚氯氰,2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-醇为原料得到中间体化合物2,4-二(哌啶-4-氧基)-6-氯-s-三嗪化合物(Ⅱa和Ⅱb),再与2-羟基苯并三唑类衍生物(Ⅲa,Ⅲb和Ⅲc)反应,得到6个二元受阻胺类光稳定剂化合物(Ⅳ)。用1HNMR、IR和ESI-HRMS确定了目标产物的结构。初步研究了其紫外吸收性能、热稳定性能和光稳定性能。结果显示:6个化合物在360 nm左右均有较强的吸收,最大摩尔消光系数ε分别为3.67×105、4.06×105、4.22×105、3.99×105、4.65×105,5.31×105L·mol-1·cm-1;6种光稳定剂的热和光稳定性能良好,其光稳定剂失重1%(质量分数)时的温度依次为:210、225、224、238、181和185℃,当掺杂光稳定剂化合物的样品的质量分解率达到10%的时候,所需要时间大于100 h。
A series of multifunctional binary hindered amine light stabilizers( HALSs) were synthesized from cyanuric chloride,2,2,6,6-tertramethypiperidine-4-ol and 2-hydroxyphenylbenzotriazole derivatives by nucleophilic substitution. The new light stabilizers were confirmed by1 HNMR,IR and ESI-HRMS. And the properties of the six compounds had been studied,including UV-Vis absorption,thermal stability and light stability. The results show that they have strong absorption in about 360 nm,and the maximum molar absorption coefficient was 3. 67 × 105,4. 06 × 105,4. 22 × 105,3. 99 × 105,4. 65 × 105,and 5. 31 × 105 L · mol- 1· cm- 1,respectively. The oxidation resistance and photostabilization efficiency of the six compounds can considerably improve the oxidation resistance and polymer photostability. The temperature of the TGA tests spectra of of the compounds are 210,225,224,238,181 and 185 ℃,resectively. The time of mass decomposition rate of the copolymers is longer than 100 h.
