不同药剂对榆紫叶甲的防治效果及对其生殖系统的影响初探 被引量:1

摘要 采用灭幼脲类、苦参碱、蔗糖酯和抑食肼类9种药(试)剂对榆紫叶甲进行防治效果测定,结果表明:6%吡虫啉可溶液剂、5%除虫脲乳油在低体积分数下就可以起到极好的杀虫效果,蔗糖酯作用不明显,其他几种药剂的杀虫效果亦较为理想。对死亡个体生殖系统的组织形态学研究发现:灭幼脲类农药与20%米满悬浮剂对精子和卵子的形成起到一定的抑制作用,灭幼脲类农药可导致生殖系统形态发生萎缩变化,而其他药剂作用不明显。 The control result was measured to Ambrostoma quadriimpressum by using 9 kinds of benzoylphenol urea, ma- trine, sucrose ester and RH -5849. The result showed that 6% imidacloprid soluble concentrate, 5 % diflubenzuronone e- mulsifiable concentrate had superb insecticidal effect in the condition of low volume fraction. Nevertheless, the effect of su- crose ester was not obvious. The effect of other pesticide was ideal. The histomorphology research of death individual geni- tal system demonstrated that benzoylphenol urea and 20% tebufenozide suspending agent had inhibition effect on the form of sperms and ovum. The benzoylphenol urea led to the genital system occur atrophy change while the effect of other pesticide was not apparently.
