干细胞移植治疗帕金森病的细胞类型及其选择

摘要 帕金森病(PD)是一种常见于中老年人的神经退行性疾病,其主要临床表现为静止性震颤、运动迟缓、肌肉强直和姿势步态异常等。其主要病理特征为黑质多巴胺(DA)能神经元变性缺失和路易小体形成,从而导致脑内重要神经递质——DA的减少并表现为运动障碍。由于PD的确切病因和发病机制至今仍未阐明,尚无治愈方法,临床上主要以对症治疗为主,包括药物治疗、脑深部电刺激(DBS)疗法等。长期的药物治疗较易引起症状波动,以及异动症等并发症发生,尚不能阻止疾病的发展,无法使已损伤的神经元再生。
