An Analytical Frame of Industry Competition from the Viewpoint of Input-Output

传统的产业竞争研究主要集中在区域产业竞争力这一孤立概念的内涵、来源、评价和相应对策方面,无法精确地刻画产业间实际存在的竞争关系及其强度。探讨产业竞争系统及其构成要素,建立基于资源与市场的双维度产业竞争压力概念模型,提出基于产业间投入产出数据的压力测度方法,在此基础上提出关于区域产业竞争系统的一个普适性的定量分析框架。该框架可以深入到产业系统内部,详细刻画产业竞争网络的拓扑结构、统计特征和竞争特性,预测产业竞争系统的长期演化行为和产业政策效果,为区域产业间竞争系统的结构与演化分析提供理论与方法论支撑。

The regional industry competition system and its constituent elements are discussed firstly in this paper. Accord- ing to the facts that resource competition and market competition widely exit between different industries, a two dimensions conceptual model of the industry competitive pressure is established, and its measurement method is proposed based on in- ter - industry input - output data. On the basis of this concept and measurement methods, this paper proposes a universal framework for quantitative analysis in order to provide a common paradigm for the study to these regional industry competi- tion systems. The analytical framework is based on the microscopic mechanism of industry competition, and it starts from the structure analysis and the statistics nature of industry system. It can penetrate deeply into the industrial system to char- acterize the topological structure, statistical characteristics and competitive natures of the industry competition network, and to predict the long - term evolution behavior in regional industry competition systems and the effect of industrial policy. So this analytical framework provides the theoretical and methodology support in the competitive analysis area of the industry system.
