摘要
探讨科技型人才大五人格特质、知识共享环境与知识共享绩效的关系,建立相关理论模型并提出研究假设。以大五人格量表、知识共享环境量表和知识共享绩效量表为工具,对具有较强研发水平的典型企业中的科技型人才进行访谈与问卷调研,运用多元线性回归等方法进行实证检验。结论表明,企业科技型人才大五人格特质对知识共享绩效具有预测作用;知识共享环境在科技型人才人格特质与知识共享绩效之间起到部分中介作用。
This paper discusses the relationships among the big five personality traits of science and technology talents, knowledge sharing environment and knowledge sharing performance, constructs the theoretical model hypotheses, and pro- poses research hypothesis. This paper uses the big five personality inventory, knowledge sharing environment scale and knowledge sharing performance scale as the research tool, interviews the science and technology talents in typical enterpri- ses with strong R&D level, and uses multiple linear regression method for empirical test. Results show that, the big five personality traits of enterprise science and technology talents can predict the performance of knowledge sharing; knowledge sharing environment plays a partly intermediary role between science and technology talent personality and knowledge sha- ring performance.
