基于复合系统的信息化与文化产业互动关系的实证研究

Empirical Study on Interactive Relationship between Informatization and Cultural Industry Development Based on Composite System

自20世纪90年代以来,我国信息化事业及其文化产业都得到了飞快的发展。关于信息化与文化产业的关系已引起学术界的重视,但是大多数研究停留在单方面的影响层面。通过构建信息化与文化产业评价水平的指标体系,根据复合系统协调度模型、交叉效率DEA方法得到信息化、文化产业的发展水平及两者之间的关系。研究结果表明,2000—2012年我国信息化与文化产业的协调度较低但在逐年增强,说明信息化带动文化产业的幅度和文化产业促进信息化的幅度越来越大;而信息化与文化产业的协调效率在2000—2004年表现为先越来越高、随后越来越低,说明协调的深度还有待加强。

Since 1990s, the informatization and culture industry in China have achieved rapid development. Study on the relationship between informatization and cultural industry has attracted the attention of the academic circles, but most stud- ies only focus on the unilateral effects between informatization and culture industry. The paper constructs index system of informatization and culture industry and uses coordination degree and cross efficiency DEA of composite system to get the developments of informatization and cultural industry. The results show that from 2000 to 2012 informatization and cultural industry had a low degree of coordination, but had been increasing year by year. It explains that the promotion level be- tween informatization and cultural industry becomes better and better. From 2000 to 2004, the coordination efficiency of in- formatization and cultural industry was higher and higher, but it became lower and lower from 2005 to 2012. It explains that we should try to strengthen the depth of coordination.
