摘要
以"生猪养殖—农产品种植"模式(模式Ⅱ)为参照,运用能值理论对"生猪养殖—沼气工程—沼液沼渣—农产品种植"的资源循环利用模式(模式Ⅰ)进行评价。典型案例的分析结果表明:第一,模式Ⅰ内所有系统能量的产投比均高于模式Ⅱ;种植业亚系统能量产投比,模式Ⅰ的是模式Ⅱ的3.02倍,模式Ⅰ的农业系统能量产投比是模式Ⅱ的2.01倍。第二,农村户用沼气技术的推广与运用可以更有效地利用养殖业的废弃物资源(粪污),使农业中的种植业与养殖业之间的利益关系更加紧密。第三,沼气技术运用具有环境压力小、资源利用效率高、经济效益好的优势。第四,沼气技术运用是农村养殖粪便污染治理、农村清洁能源开发、现代生态农业可持续发展的有效手段。
In this paper, taking“pig breeding - cultivation of agricultural products” mode (modeⅡ) as the reference, the resources recycling mode of “pig - biogas project - biogas slurry residue - the cultivation of agricultural products” (mode I ) is evaluated by using the energy theory. The analysis results of the typical case are shown as follows: First, model I is higher than that of mode Ⅱ ; The net energy yield ratio of crop production subsystem in model I is 3.02 times of model II; The input - output ratio of agricultural system in model I is 2. 01 times of model Ⅱ; Second, the rural household biogas technology application can effectively use waste resources of aquaculture (manure) and promote the close coopera- tion between the agrieuhure planting industry and breeding industry interests; Third, biogas technology has advantages of low environmental pressure, high resource utilization efficiency, and good economic benefit; Fourth, it is the effective means of controlling rural farming fecal pollution, developing rural clean energy, and promoting modern ecological agricul-ture.
