2型糖尿病肾病患者血清YKL-40与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:6

摘要 糖尿病患者长期高血糖水平所导致的炎症介质,氧化应激,蛋白激酶C信号途径的增强,是导致DN动脉粥样硬化的主要原因[1],YKL-40是软骨糖蛋白39或甲壳质酶3样蛋白质1,本质是一个分子量为40 kDa肝磷脂和壳质衔接的凝集素,YKL-40作为一种新发现的炎症因子,其在糖尿病和冠状动脉疾病患者中明显升高[2],本研究皆在探讨2型DN患者血清YKL-40与动脉粥样硬化的关系.
