强直性脊柱炎合并肾脏损害的研究进展 被引量：8

摘要 强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis,AS）是一种慢性进行性的炎症性脊柱关节炎[1],临床上除累及骶髂关节,脊柱和外周关节外,且可伴有关节外的表现,如葡萄膜炎和虹膜炎、肾脏损害、主动脉瓣关闭不全和肺上叶纤维化与囊性变等.AS的肾脏损害并非少见,发病率报道不一,约占AS患者的5％～13％[2],可表现为肾淀粉样变、IgA肾病、非甾体消炎药NSAIDs相关性肾损害等.近年来随着国内外研究者对强直性脊柱炎认识的不断深入和提高以及肾活检技术的广泛开展,AS相关性肾病的报道不断增加,从而引起人们对AS肾脏损害的关注.本文主要就近年来有关AS伴发肾脏损伤的研究进展作一综述.
