摘要
目的:观察足部反射疗法对2型糖尿病大鼠肾脏早期病变的影响。方法:采取高热量饮食加小剂量链脲佐菌素建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,并随机分为模型组、足疗组、正常组;8周后,检测空腹胰岛素、肾质量/体质量值、24h尿白蛋白、2微球蛋白、肌酐清除率等变化。结果:与正常组相比,模型组空腹胰岛素、肾质量/体质量、24h尿白蛋白、24h尿2微球蛋白、肌酐清除率明显增加(P<0.01);足疗组与模型组比较,体质量/肾质量无显著性差异(P>0.05),其他值均降低(P<0.05)。结论:足部反射疗法可以降低2型糖尿病大鼠的空腹胰岛素、早期尿白蛋白、2-微球蛋白在尿中的排泄,降低尿肌酐清除率,对肾脏具有保护作用,但肾质量/体质量值无作用。
Objective: To evaluate the protective effect of foot reflexotherapy on early nephropathy of the rats with type 2 diabetes.Methods: Murine type 2 diabetic model was induced by high calorie feeding and injection of small dose of streptozotocin and the modeled rats were randomly divided into 2groups: model group,foot reflexotherapy group,and normal rats without any treatment were set as normal control group. After 8weeks,FINS,ratio of kidney weight to body weight,clearance creatinine,24 h total albumin and 24h2- microglobin in urine were determined. Results: It was demonstrated that FINS,ratio of kidney weight to body weight,albumin in24 h urine and beta- 2 microglobin in 24 h urine and clearance creatinine increased significantly in model group when compared with normal group( P 〈 0. 05),while the other mentioned Parameters in the foot reflexotherapy group were remarkably decreased as compared with model group( P 〈 0. 05) except that the ratio of kidney weight to body weight was no statistical difference( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion: Foot reflexology could protect the kidney function in the rats with type 2 diabetes in view of its reducing the FINS,ratio of kidney weight to body weight,the excretion of urine albumin,beta- 2 microglobin,and clearance rate of creatinine.
