儿童音韵障碍的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 音韵障碍(speech sound disorder,SSD)是常见的儿科交流障碍之一。在美国,约15%的学龄前儿童和18%的学龄儿童患有SSD[1]。SSD儿童往往难于准确、清晰地讲出他们的母语,且难以运用语言规则来合成词汇语音。目前,多数SSD患儿的病因是未知的[2-3],表现为音韵系统发育受限,但不伴有任何明显的言语知觉、发音结构、相关神经或心理行为的缺陷[4]。有研究证实,SSD可持续到学龄期甚至更晚,可发展为阅读障碍等学业问题,某些患儿成年后还会出现社会和职业问题[1],而SSD患儿的临床特征多样性也给诊疗及科研工作带来了极大的困扰。近年来,关于SSD的病因的未知性、高发病率及其对患者学业成就和社会功能的影响,越来越受到临床和教育界的重视。本综述试图通过对SSD亚型分类及其相关内在表型的研究,更深入地阐述SSD患儿音韵障碍的内在机制。
