白内障超声乳化术中眼内压升高原因及对眼后节影响 被引量:4

摘要 随着白内障超声乳化手术的普及,手术中眼内压的升高日益受到重视。囊袋阻滞综合征、灌注液迷流综合征、术中高灌注压及合并其它眼部或全身疾病等因素均可引起术中眼内压升高。不容忽视的另一个问题是手术中眼内压的升高对眼后节带来的影响。
