摘要 目的:介绍一种种植外科手术模板的制作方法,观察其在种植手术中的指导作用。方法:利用2.0mm蜡线在研究模型上确定种植体的植入位置和方向,用自凝塑料填充缺牙区及邻牙区域以形成固位装置,待自凝塑料固化后,取下模板,用温水冲掉蜡线,即形成了带植入道的外科模板,用该模板对49例患者共72枚种植体的植入手术进行引导。结果:除1例上颌前磨牙病例因唇侧根方骨倒凹改变位置方向外,其余71枚种植体的位置、方向均达到了理想的效果,修复效果满意。结论:通过本研究实践证明,制作以修复为中心的简易种植模板配合三维影像检验,并在种植模板引导下行口腔牙种植手术,其术中确定种植的位点和方向准确并缩短了手术时间,实用性强,具有很好的应用前景。 Objective: To introduce a method for making implant surgery operation template and observe its guiding role in planting operation. Methods: The implantation position and orientation is identified by 2.0 mm wax line in the research model, with self curing plastic filling edentulous area and its adjacent tooth region to form a retention device. After the self curing plastic solidifies, template is removed, the wax line, is washed away with warm water which formes a surgical template with implantation of road. We use this template to guide planting operation of 49 patients with a total of 72 implants. Results: Except for 1 maxillary premolar case which changes position and orientation because of lip root square bone undercut, all the remaining 71 implants' position and direction achieve the desired results and satisfactory repair effect. Conclusion: The study proves: by making repair- center simple implant template with 3D imaging and performing oral implant operation guided in planting template, site and direction of planting are accurate and the operation time is shorten. Thus, it has a strong practicability and good application prospect.
