双能量CT心脏成像的临床应用进展 被引量:9

摘要 近年来,双能量CT心脏成像在国内外的研究逐渐增多,双能量CT虚拟单能谱成像可减少高密度对比剂所致的X线束硬化伪影,碘图则能反映心肌微循环状况,相对于SPECT和DSA,双能量CT能便捷地提供更丰富的临床信息。本文主要对双能量CT在冠心病中的临床应用进展进行综述。
