碱木素焦油的抑菌活性及机理

摘要 测定了碱木素焦油对10个属16种植物病原菌物的抑制效果,研究了碱木素焦油对辣椒疫霉菌(Phytophthora capsici)的毒力和抑制机理.结果表明:碱木素焦油对供试病原菌物的菌丝生长均具有不同程度的抑制作用,抑制率为43.75%-100%;对P.capsici菌丝和孢子萌发的EC50分别为118和291μg·m L-1,优于甲霜灵;碱木素焦油对P.capsici有多个作用靶位点,能显著抑制P.capsici的有氧呼吸,使细胞膜受损,胞内蛋白、还原糖、电解质流失,使纤维素酶及多聚半乳糖醛酸酶活性降低. The antifungal activities of alkali lignin tar to 10 genera including 16 varieties of phytopathogenic fungi were studied,and its virulence and antifungal mechanism to Phytophthora capsici were investigated. The results showed that the alkali lignin tar had different antifungal activities on the tested fungi,the inhibition ratios were 43. 75%- 100%. The EC50 of alkali lignin tar to hypha and spore germination of P. capsici were 118 and 291 μg·m L- 1,respectively,much superior than metalaxyl. It is proved that the alkali lignin tar had several targets on P. capsici. Affected by alkali lignin tar,the respiration of P. capsici was inhibited distinctly,the cytomembrane was destroyed resulting in the intracellular protein,reducing sugar and electrolyte more lossing,the cellulase and polygalacturonase enzyme activities decreased obviously.
