摘要
研究了滨海土壤环境下建筑用X80管线钢的耐蚀性。结果表明,在模拟滨海土壤环境溶液中,随着浸蚀时间的增加,X80钢试样的平均腐蚀速率明显下降,之后渐渐趋于稳定,并伴有点蚀的发生与发展。钢的腐蚀程度随着浸泡时间的增加而加剧,并且在影响腐蚀的因素中,Cl-是主导因素。经过浸泡60天后,腐蚀层分为三层。
The corrosion resistance of the pipeline steel X80 used in construction under coastal soil environment was investigated. The results show that the average corrosion rate of the steel X80 decreases obviously with the increase of the immersion time and then is tending towards stability accompanied by the occurrence and development of pitting under the environment of simulated coastal soil solution. The corrosion extent of the steel is intensified with the prolongation of immersion time, and Cl- is primary factor on the corrosion. The corrosion layer is divided into three layers after immersion for 60 d.
