建筑用10PCuRE钢在大气环境下的腐蚀行为及耐蚀机理分析

摘要 通过周期性浸润实验对加稀土和未加稀土的耐候钢以及A3普碳钢进行腐蚀性能研究。结果表明,10PCu RE钢耐蚀性远优于A3普碳钢,且加稀土的10PCu RE要优于不加稀土的10PCu钢。加入稀土后,钢中夹杂物变为球状弥散分布的稀土氧硫化物,这比长条形硫化锰耐蚀性好。并且加入稀土后,腐蚀产物中促进了α-Fe OOH的形成,可使耐候钢快速形成致密锈层。 The corrosion behaviors of the weathering steel with and without adding rare earth and the carbon steel A3 were investigated through cyclical infiltration experiment. The results show that the corrosion resistance of the steel 10PCuRE is far better than that of the carbon steel A3, and the corrosion resistance of the steel 10PCuRE with adding rare earth is also better than that of the steel Cu-P without adding rare earth. The inclusions of the steel are spherical and dispersion-distribution rare earth oxysulfide after adding the rare earth, and the corrosion resistance of the steel is better than the case with the inclusions of elongated manganese sulfide. The formation of the α-FeOOH is promoted after adding the rare earth, which results in rapid formation of dense rusty layer of the weathering steel.
