建筑用抗震热轧钢的力学性能研究

摘要 以含Nb的低碳钢为研究对象,研究了轧制温度、终冷温度、冷却速度和晶粒尺寸对钢板强度与屈强比的影响。结果表明,降低轧制温度、终冷温度和增大晶粒尺寸的方法都可以有效地降低屈强比;冷却速度控制在中间某一值时,才能在保持较高强度的同时保证低屈强比。 With the low carbon steel containing Nb as the research object, the effects of the rolling temperature, final cooling temperature, cooling rate and grain size on the strength and yield ratio of steel were investigated. The results show that the yield ratio of the steel can be reduced effectively by reducing the rolling temperature, final cooling temperature, cooling rate or increasing the grain size. The steel will maintain high strength, and low yield ratio when the cooling rate is controlled at a certain middle value.
