摘要
通过对过热器管宏观检查、金相组织观察和力学性能测试,分析锅炉管失效原因。结果表明,过热器管泄漏的主要原因是异种钢变截面对接焊缝热影响区的机械约束力较大,应力集中严重,从而产生热疲劳裂纹,导致锅炉管泄漏。
The failure reason of boiler tube was analyzed by microstructure observation and mechanics properties testing. The results show that the main reason for the leakage of superheater tube is thermal fatigue crack, which is produced by stress concentration.
