摘要
在分析总结目前国内外已有的连铸中间包死区体积分数分析模型的基础上,提出一种基于示踪剂体积的多流中间包死区体积分析新模型,利用该模型计算了5种方案下的三流中间包死区体积分数,结果表明,该模型算法可靠性强且计算精度高。
Based on analysis and summary on the models use for calculating volume fraction of dead zones in continuous casting tundish at home and abroad, a new model based on the volume of tracer was proposed for the same use. Volume fractions of dead zones in three-strand tundish under five schemes were calculated by using the new model. The results showed that this model had the advantages of much higher reliability and accuracy.
