摘要
通过建立电磁场模型和流场模型,借助ANSYS软件对电磁搅拌器结构参数以及电磁参数进行了优化设计。结果表明:采用三相三极对以及A型磁轭结构的电磁搅拌器具有更好的搅拌效果;理想的电流强度为20 A,电流频率为30 Hz,而实际中适当减小电流频率、增大电流强度可以得到更好的生产效果。
By establishing an electromagnetic field model and a flow model, the structural parameters and electromagnetic parameters of magnetic stirrer were optimally designed using ANSYS sottware. The results show that the magnetic stirrer with three-phase three-pole and A yoke structure has a better stirring effect; ideal current intensity is 20 A, the current frequency is 30 Hz. However, the actual production need to appropriatly reduce the cttrrent frequency and increase current intensity to obtain better production results.
