摘要
借助板料成形模拟软件Dynaform对SPCD钢进行数值模拟,研究板料尺寸、位置和拉延筋设置对汽车覆盖件成形性能的影响。结果表明,采用扩展矩形坯,适当增加拉延筋的深度,可以有效解决覆盖件成形中的起皱问题。
The effect of blank and draw bead setting on the formability of auto panel was studied by Dynaform simulation software. The results show that the wrinkle problem of auto panel can be solved by extending rectangle base and increasing the depth of draw bead.
