摘要
采用实型铸造技术,选择适当化学成分的模具钢进行浇注,得到汽车覆盖件模具铸件,实现了汽车覆盖件模具的近终成型,并与同化学成分的锻造模具进行磨损实验对比。结果表明:实型铸造法得到的模具耐磨性优于锻造磨具。实型铸造法缩短了成型及加工周期,降低了加工成本,实现了快速铸造,节省了材料及生产成本,同时提高了国内车辆覆盖件铸造模具的制造水平。
Adopting full mould casting process, selecting a mould steel with appropriate chemical composition as casting material, a casting die for automobile panel part was obtained to realize the near-net-shape die for automobile panel part. Compared with the forging die with the same chemical composition, the casting die has a better wear resistance than the forging die. Full mold casting process can shorten the cycle of moulding and processing, reduce the costs of manufacturing, realize the rapid casting, save the materials and the production costs, and improve the domestic level of manufacturing automobile panel die.
