摘要
消化道可产生硫化氢(H2S),胱硫醚-β-合成酶(CBS)、胱硫醚-γ-裂解酶(CSE)是内源性H2S合成的关键酶。H2S可调节消化道动力,主要表现为抑制肠道动力,对胃动力具有双重调节作用,其机制可能与肠Cajal间质细胞、平滑肌、肠神经细胞相关。本文就H2S与消化道动力的研究进展作一综述。
Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) can be synthesized in gastrointestinal tract. Gystathlonme-β-synttiase (CBS) anti cystathionine-γ-lyase (CSE) are two important enzymes for synthesis of endogenous H2S. H2S may play an important role in regulating gastrointestinal motility. H2 S can inhibit intestinal motility and has dual effect on gastric motility. The mechanism of the effect of H2 S may be related to interstitial cells of Cajal, smooth muscles and intestinal neurons. This article reviewed the advances in study on H2S and gastrointestinal motility.
