外伤性虹膜根部离断显微修复术疗效分析

Feasibility and efficacy of microsurgery on the repair of traumatic iridodialysis

目的探讨外伤性虹膜根部离断显微修复术的临床疗效。方法 31例（31只眼）外伤性虹膜根部离断患者采用显微修复术进行修复,观察术后视功能的改善和恢复情况。结果患者瞳孔完全恢复圆形24例,椭圆形瞳孔7例,无D形和不规则瞳孔;视力在术后均有不同程度提高,其中矫正视力0.8以上13例,0.5-0.8者10例,0.1-0.4者7例,另有1例因视神经萎缩视力为0.05;术后均未出现不良反应。结论采用显微镜下虹膜修复术治疗外伤性虹膜根部离断对组织损伤较小,效果显著。

Objective To analysis the feasibility and efficacy of microsurgery on the repair of traumatic iridodialys- is. Methods A total of 31 patients with traumatic iridedialysis were treated with microsurgical repair. The effects d feasi- bility and efficacy were observed. Results After surgery, the pupil was restored to round shape in 24 patients and to ellip- tical shape in 7 patients. There was no D pattern or irregar pupil shapes. Visual acuity improved in all patients. Thirteen patients obtained 0.8 or better, ten patients between 0.5 and 0. 8, and 7 patients between 0. 1 and 0.4. One patient had visual acuity of 0. 05 due to optic atrophy. No adverse events were reported. Conclusion Microsurgery for the repair of traumatic iridedialysis induces less tissue damage and significantly improves the efficacy of treatment.
