非小细胞肺癌患者外周血CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+调节性T细胞的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的 研究非小细胞肺癌患者外周血CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+调节性T细胞的水平并探讨其临床意义.方法 应用流式细胞术检测肺癌组和对照组外周静脉血CD4 CD25+ Foxp3+调节性T细胞含量,并分析其临床意义.结果 肺癌组患者外周血CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+调节性T细胞水平[CD4+ CD25+ T/CD4+T为(14.42±1.22)%,CD4+CD25+Foxp3+ T/CD4+T为(5.34±0.45)%]明显高于对照组[CD4+ CD25+ T/CD4+ T为(10.67±0.98)%,CD4+ CD25+Foxp3+ T/CD4+T为(3.98±0.68)%](t=2.431、2.273,均P<0.05);肺腺癌CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+调节性T细胞水平[CD4+ CD25+ T/CD4+T为(15.05±0.92)%,CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T/CD4+T为(5.99± 0.38)%]较肺鳞癌[CD4+ CD25+ T/CD4+T为(13.03±1.64)%,CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T/CD4+T为(3.91±0.62)%]明显增高(t=2.264、2.109,均P<0.05),并且Ⅳ期肺癌患者外周血中CD4+ CD25++ Foxp3+调节性T细胞的数量明显高于Ⅲ期肺癌患者(t=2.165、2.058,均P<0.05).结论 非小细胞肺癌患者外周血中CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+调节性T细胞的水平显著高于健康者,且与临床分期、病理类型密切相关,表明CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+调节性T细胞可能参与了非小细胞肺癌的发生与发展. Objective To study the level of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ regulatory T cells in peripheral blood of non-small-cell lung cancer patients.Methods The ratio of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T cells inperipheral blood of lung cancer group and control group were determined by flow cytometry.Its clinic significance was analyzed,Results The ratio of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells [the ratio of CD4+ CD25+ T and CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T cells were (14.42 ± 1.22) % and (5.34 ± 0.45) %] inperipheral blood was higher in the non-small-cell lung cancer group than in control group [the ratio of CD4+ CD25+T and CD4+ CD25+Foxp3+ T cells were (10.67 ±0.98)% and (3.98 ±0.68)%] (t =2.431,2.273,all P 〈 0.05).It was also higher in adenocarcinoma [CD4+ CD25+ T/CD4+ T to (15.05 ± 0.92) %,CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T/CD4+ T to (5.99 ± 0.38) %] than squamous carcinoma [CD4+ CD25+ T/CD4+ T to (13.03 ± 1.64) %,CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ T/CD4+ T to (3.91 ± 0.62) %] (t =2.264,2.109,all P 〈 0.05),and stage IV higher than stage m (t =2.165,2.058,all P 〈 0.05).Conclusion The level of CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells in peripheral blood of non-small cell lung cancer was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects,related with the pathological type and clinical stage.The CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg cells may participate in the occurrence and development of non-small cell lung cancer.
