非瓣膜性心房颤动缺血性脑卒中患者头颈部CTA结果分析 被引量：5

摘要 目的 探讨非瓣膜性心房颤动（NVAF）缺血性脑卒中患者头颈部CTA影像学表现及头颈部血管动脉粥样硬化变化情况.方法 选取NVAF及瓣膜性心房颤动（VAF）缺血性脑卒中患者129例,分为NVAF组96例和VAF组33例,比较两组患者年龄、原发性高血压、糖尿病等相关危险因素及颅内外血管动脉粥样硬化情况.结果 两组年龄、原发性高血压、糖尿病等因素、斑块积分、颅内动脉狭窄积分比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 颅内动脉粥样硬化与NVAF缺血性脑卒中密切相关,可能是NVAF患者发生缺血性脑卒中的一个重要机制.
