多层螺旋CT在评估慢性阻塞性肺疾病及支气管哮喘患者小气道功能方面作用的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 COPD与支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)均是以气流受限为特征的慢性气道疾病。多层螺旋CT(MSCT)可以通过测量支气管壁及管腔面积等数据,间接从形态结构的角度评价小气道功能。COPD及哮喘患者的MSCT表现与肺功能检查结果之间具有良好的相关性,可见MSCT能有助于明确小气道病变的区域及小气道重塑程度。 Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and bronchial asthma (asthma) are chronic disorders characterized by airflow limitation. Muti-slice spiral computer tomography(MSCT) could help to definite the lesions and remodelling of small airway through measuring airway wall,lumen area and so on. In addition, MSCT has a good correlation with lung functional testing in patients with COPD or asthma.
