The new progress of autofluorescence bronchoscopy in clinical

摘要 自体荧光支气管镜(autofluorescencebronchoscopy,AFB)检查是利用特殊设备激发并识别细胞自发性荧光和利用电脑图像分析技术开发的一种新型支气管镜。目前,它已广泛的应用于临床,在癌症的早期诊断,确定外科手术切除范围及术后随访、高危人群的筛查等方面发挥了积极的作用,以下就AFB在各领域的研究进展作一综述。 Autofluorescence bronchoscopy (AFB) is a new type of bronchoscope useing an special equipment to motivate and identify fluorescence of cells,and then developed by a computer image analysis technology. At present,it has been used extensively in clinical. For example, the early diagnosis of lung cancer,selecting an appropriate therapy before operation, detecting tumor recurrence after operation, and screening in high-risk group. Now the paper make a review about the value of AFB in these field.
